Cookie Dough Dip Recipe
(makes 2 cups)
1 - 15 ounce can chickpeas
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup almond or soy milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth. Serve! Store in refrigerator for one week.
