During the summer, it's easy to slice up a cucumber, some tomatoes, and sprinkle a little rice vinegar on top. Let it hang out for a bit, and just delicious. So light, and refreshing.

We make a nice salad dressing with rice vinegar.

I also use vinegars to flavor homemade soups, as I don't use any added salt. It gives the soup a nice flavor so I don't miss the sodium ( a little tips I learned from a chef).

I use it to make salad dressings. I also use it when cooking kale, collard greens, or cabbage - just a small splash towards the end of cooking.

Mostly salads and sorry but vinegar on fries.

I use rice vinegars on French fries I make by slicing sweet potatoes thin, sprinkling them with rice vinegar, smoked paprika and then baking in the oven. After baking and while hot if desired more vinegar and paprika can be added. I've heard vinegar will lower the glycemic index of potatoes

I love to just slice up summer veggies and put Nakano rice vinegar on top...especially cucumbers, zucchini and yellow summer squash. Yum!!!

As a dietitian I advise my patients to use a dash of vinegar in place of salt. It works well with soups, vegetables, potatoes, and many other dishes to add a savory flavor without sodium. It is tasty in homemade salad dressings too--and quick and easy to make.

I use rice vinegar on Snack Girl's Warm Lentil Salad - so yummy for a light, but filling lunch any time of the year!

I make Asian cabbage slaw all summer long using Nakano and olive oil dressin, with a couple of drops of sesame oil! Love it on Weight Watchers!

I use rice vinegar on just about anything. I love it to perk up leftovers, I also make baked potatoes in the microwave and love to put rice vinegar on them. It makes me think I'm eating french fries.

I use it to flavor green salads to reduce use of salad dressings!

I add 1 TBSP Nakano rice vinegar, 1 TBSP soy or teriyaki sauce, and 1 TBSP sunflower seeds to a bag of cole slaw mix. It's a low calorie, healthy food that fills me up and cools me down during the hot days of summer! 😊

I use it to perk up leftover brown rice to make a vegetable fried rice. Yummy!

I like simply it on my salads with a little olive oil and a touch of Mrs Dash. It is light and not overbearing like some other vinegar.

I use it to flavor grilled veggies for a filling side dish.

I love it on sliced cucumbers!

Use the Nakano rice vinegar for all types of marinades for summer grilling and it's always an ingredient in my homemade dressings.

I use rice vinegar on salads, veggies, and when I bake fish in the oven, along with a little olive oil. Yummy!

I use the rice vinegar on a tuna and cucumber salad. So yummy

I use Nakano rice vinegar with cole slaw mix, chives, sliced almonds and grilled chicken. Mixed with some pineapple juice...Yummy!
