Weight Watchers Friendly Recipes

Over the last year, I have had many readers join me who are Weight Watchers members. Snack Girl and Weight Watchers go together because we both emphasize fruits and vegetables.

I try to come up with TWO new recipes per week - so be sure to subscribe here with your e-mail address to get the latest!

I know many people want to lose weight - but I love the idea that you could get a TWOFER. You could lose weight and eat healthier!

It's like BOGO (Buy One Get One FREE) - you get the benefits of healthier eating (less chance for diabetes, heart disease, cancer) and you can fit into those skinny jeans. Who thought of those jeans anyway?

I have chosen 10 Weight Watchers friendly recipes that I think could be great additions to anyone's diet. I eat many of these myself every week (or month) - and I hope you fall in love with a couple of them.

The recipes are developed by Snack Girl and are not endorsed, sponsored or approved by Weight Watchers International, Inc. Points values are calculated by me and provided for information only.

Thanks for this list - awesome resource! Evernoted.

Love this post! I need to check out all the recipes. They look fantastic!!!

So many vegetables are wonderful when roasted! I use a plastic bag (usually an old, clean bread bag -- always trying to recycle by using things at least twice) - placing the cut up veggies in it; then drizzling in some olive oil and whatever seasonings. Then grab closed, shake well, spread out contents on baking sheet and toss the bag.

I'll definitely be making some of these!

I need to say thanks for the pickled carrots recipe. Easy to make, easy to bring along, and something different to do with those convenient baby carrots. Best of all, my 3-year-old requests them! We've eaten oodles of these since I printed the recipe. 0 points! Woo hoo! Thanks :)

@Jana - I love that one too! So easy and delicious. Thanks for reading! Lisa

Jana, so glad I find this post.

I love the broccolli salad served in Wal-Mart deli. Can you tell me how many points this would be and serving size, etc.?

I am commenting on the Fage yogurt you had on a recent blog. You wanted to know how we thought it compared to ice cream.

I have tried many brands of yogurt and agree that Fage is the best for taste and consistency. However, it isn't in any way as good as ice cream. Too bad the Fage people couldn't make a frozen yogurt. Maybe I'll go on their website and suggest it.

Would love to make 100 calorie pizza. Thank for the recipe.

THE VOLUME DOES NOT OPERATE ON MY LAPTOP, IS THERE ANY WAY YOU CAN EMAIL THE OVARIAN HORMONE RESULTS, AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO SEEP UP MY METABOLISM CONSIDERING I HAVE A MOBILITY PROBLEM.

THANK YOU.

I love the broccoli salad served in Wal-Mart deli. Can you tell me how many points this would be and be serving...?
