Parmesan Sweet Potato Sticks

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs (I use Panko)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray.
Melt butter in a shallow dish.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a separate dish.
Cut potatoes into wedges, dip in butter,then in bread crumb mixture. Place in a single layer in baking pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees
