1/2 cup plain yogurt (nonfat, low fat, or whole milk)
1 large egg
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed with juice
1 1/2 cups Kodiak Cakes mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup water

Add the yogurt, egg, blueberries with juice, Kodiak mix, vanilla and water to a medium bowl. Mix well.

Heat the waffle iron and grease it with non-stick spray to keep the waffles from sticking. Using a ladle, pour small circles of batter in the waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and cook per the waffle iron directions. Eat hot, warm, room temperature or cold.
