Slow Cooker Corn Chowder Recipe

6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can cream of corn
1 can whole kernel corn, no salt added, drained
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 ounces low sodium ham, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cups milk


Put potatoes, cream of corn, chicken broth, ham, and onion in a 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for four hours. When ready to serve, stir in milk and allow to heat until hot enough to eat.
