Asian-Inspired 3-Bean Salad

1 packed tbsp minced fresh basil (10 large leaves)
1 packed tbsp minced fresh cilantro
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime (I got just about an ounce out of it)
1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp dark sesame oil
1 tsp hot sauce (add to taste)
1 15oz can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 15oz can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
1 15oz can of green beans, drained

Put everything but the beans in a large bowl and whisk to make the dressing.

For one cup = 150 calories, 2 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 26.0 g carbohydrates, 7.0 g sugar, 5.0 g protein, 6.0 g fiber, 3 Points+
