I happen to spend too much time looking at kitchen gadgets, appliances, and other things that I have now decided are necessary. Here is my curated list for the healthy chefs in your life.

Every one loves the Instant Pot - including me. I have included the 6 quart below but for my hungry family of four - I prefer the 8 quart model. You can find it EVERYWHERE including Costco and Target. If you want to cook delicious food in a fraction of the time, you cannot miss with the Instant Pot.

Do you know someone who loves fresh lemon or lime juice? Give them this lemon/lime squeezer! It is amazing - really amazing for juicing. It is also easy on the hands.

If you love sparkling water, then you need a Soda Stream. I have had mine for 10 years now and I don’t know how many plastic bottles I have saved. I trade in my empty C02 canister at Staples.

I have to admit that I don’t have one of these - yet!! Santa, get me a 3-1 Avocado Slicer because I eat a ton of avocados and this looks so cool.

This is my favorite pot of all time. I use it every week and when I bring it to potlucks people try to steal it (not really). It is the BEST. Of course, it is really expensive so maybe that is the reason why it works so well. I plan to give it to my grandchildren when I die.

Love to make healthy muffins? Then you have to get these silicone baking cups which are reusable and dishwasher safe. Also, your muffin will not stick to them!

I have a really nice set of measuring cups and spoons and I use them constantly. This might be a dull gift but the person will thank you for years to come!

Kitchen scales are THE BEST. I use mine all the time to measure what I am cooking. It is far more helpful than I thought it would be when a company gave me one.

And, finally - a toaster. I bought this one years ago and it kicks butt. I have been through MANY toasters and this one is so far the best I have ever had. It is also adorable.
