Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

½ cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 cup canned pureed pumpkin
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla


Pulverize chia seeds as much as possible. Add almond milk, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
