Just when you thought it was safe to leave the house, Snack Girl is taking to the streets.

I am mostly peaceful except that I will be talking about CHANGE – not radical change but the kind of change we decide to make every year.

The title of my talk is:

New Year, New You: 10 Small, Easy Health Changes You Can Stick to

I am hoping to motivate anyone who comes and hears me to get healthier. Bring a friend, your uncle, and your mom (but not your pet).

Barnes & Noble, Holyoke, Massachusetts – Saturday, January 10th at 11:00 AM

Barnes & Noble, Hadley, Massachusetts - Saturday, January 10th at 3:00 PM

Hamilton-Wenham Public Library, Hamilton, MA - Thursday, January 15th at 7:00 PM

Barnes & Noble, Canton, Connecticut - Saturday, January 24th at 1:00 PM

Canton is outside of Hartford (in case you are wondering). I will be signing books at the end of my brilliant presentation but there is no obligation to buy a book. Come out and say hello!

Have safe travels! I got excited when I first noticed "Canton". I live very close to Canton, OH.

Hi Lisa......I pre-ordered your book and cannot say enough good stuff about it. But i do not live near any of the area's you will be visiting and am wondering how people like myself can find out these 10 Small Easy Health Changes?? Thanks so much. :)

Why not post them on this site so everyone can see them.

As a PR person, my recommendation would be to do a "wrap up" blog post after your tour with the tips and additional info / questions you learned from speaking at these locations. (Unless you have others locations lined up after this to hear the same talk.)

Can you make it further east in MA? How about the Barnes & Noble in Millbury? :)
