You know what I am talking about: Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Chips Ahoy, Fluffer Nutters…..

The alternatives to snacks with gluten can be much healthier. One thing I like about going gluten-free is that you end up avoiding many processed baked goods. Of course, potato chips and tortilla chips can still allowed on a gluten-free diet - and are not particularly good for you.

Give these a try (even if you aren’t gluten-free).

I so loved those waffle potato bites! So many ways to change up the flavor: spices, cheese etc. Thanks for being so creative - I never would have thought of potatoes in the waffle iron!!
