Top Snack Girl Recipes of 2020

This has been quite a year. Every year, I take a look back at what was the most popular and create a list.
I am always curious which posts got the most interest and I want to share them in case you missed them.
Do I wish that everyone kept sharing my vegetable posts? Sure! But, this year was not one for veggies. This year it was all about healthier baked goods.
Perhaps I spent too much time on baking posts. I did find myself dreaming of muffins, breads, and pancakes - and I created a bunch of recipes around these topics.
It seems that using Kodiak Cakes mix is a hit!! I think people want something fast and easy - and I love that Kodiak Cakes is 100% whole grain. You can't miss. My kids don't like plain Kodiak Cakes so I was motivated to create some alternatives to the regular flapjack - but I like them.
I hope you enjoyed these recipes and gave a few a try. You can always use frozen fruit for the recipes that feature strawberries and blueberries.
What was your favorite recipe or food this year? Please share your reflections.
